- Child Labour
All workers are over the local legal age, which is consistent with labour rules. Non employment on child labours under legal age of 18.
- Hours of Labour
Working time is as per the local law. Weekly standard working time is not more than 40 hours. All overtime are voluntary. All workers are allowed at least one and a half day off each week. Additional work after regular working hours can be made up for extra holiday. Holidays are arranged according to the state standard.
- Coercion and Harassment
There is not any coercion and harassment. All workers are voluntary.
Ethical Business Practices
- Commercial Bribery
Any commercial bribery activities are prohibited here to assure open working and equal treatment.
- Accounting Controls, Procedures and Records
There are clear and definite financial related controls and procedures. All internal and external financial activities have specific records.
- Use and Disclosure of Inside Information
Without permission of related department supervisors or company leaders, any confidential information of the company are not allowed to be disclosed out by the staff.
Inspection and Documentation
All exported goods are strictly inspected by the QC persons.
